Coach Services Agreement
Between Elite Lohi Management Ltd ("Platform") and the Coach named below
Effective date: 1 August 2026
1. Platform Services
Elite Lohi Management Ltd provides an online platform through which the Coach may offer coaching, mentoring, and training services to talent registered on the platform.
2. Coach Status
The Coach is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of the Platform. The Coach is solely responsible for their own tax affairs, insurance, and professional qualifications.
3. Service Standards
The Coach agrees to: (a) deliver all sessions with professional competence and care; (b) maintain appropriate qualifications and insurance; (c) treat all clients with respect and confidentiality; and (d) comply with all applicable laws and professional codes of conduct.
4. Fees & Commission
Session fees are set by the Platform in consultation with the Coach. The Platform retains a 5% platform fee from each paid booking. The Coach receives the balance within 7 business days of the session being marked complete.
5. Confidentiality
The Coach agrees to keep all client information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the client's prior written consent, except where required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
Any coaching materials, frameworks, or content created by the Coach remain the Coach's intellectual property. The Coach grants the Platform a licence to display their profile, biography, and session descriptions on the platform.
7. Data Protection
The Coach will process any personal data received through the platform in accordance with UK GDPR and will not use client data for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services.
8. Term & Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. The Platform may suspend or terminate the Coach's account immediately for serious misconduct or breach of these terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
This is a legally binding digital agreement. Your name, email address, IP address, and the date and time of signing are recorded as your electronic signature under the Electronic Communications Act 2000.
